Ucs9 Terms & Conditions – Platform Guidelines

This document contains the terms and conditions for use of the UCS9 platform operated under the domain ucs9.win. These terms take effect from the date you register or use any service provided by UCS9. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the UCS9 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users without exception — whether new or existing members.

Ucs9 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and members will be notified via email or in-platform notification. Continued use after amendments are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Member Eligibility

To use the ucs9 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• At least 18 years old or have reached the legal age stipulated in your jurisdiction.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or gaming ban issued by any authority.
• Registering in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not represent any company, entity, or syndicate with intent to defraud or exploit the platform.

Ucs9 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time to confirm member eligibility. This process includes verification of ID, address, and bank account details. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only at ucs9. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being terminated with no balance refunded.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and your account secure. UCS9 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party.

Personal information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. You are required to update this information should any changes occur. UCS9 uses this information to process transactions, verify identity, and deliver better customer service.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals at ucs9 are processed using approved payment methods supported by the platform. You may only deposit funds from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the Deposit.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are subject to your membership level and account verification status.
• Ucs9 processes withdrawals within the stipulated timeframe once account verification is complete. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts.
• Any suspicion of money laundering or fraudulent activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be frozen immediately.

Funds held in your UCS9 account do not earn interest. UCS9 keeps member funds in accounts separate from company operating accounts to ensure the safety of your money.

5. Game Rules

All games available at ucs9 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by an independent third party. This ensures every game outcome is fair and cannot be manipulated by any party — including ucs9 itself.

Members are prohibited from using automation software, bots, or other technical tools to gain an unfair advantage in games. Such use will result in account termination and all winnings obtained through illegitimate means will be voided.

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed.
• In the event of a technical issue during an active game, ucs9 reserves the right to void the round and return the original bet to the member.
• Bets placed cannot be cancelled once the game has started.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

7. Member Responsibilities

• You agree not to share your account with any other party.

8. Account Termination

Ucs9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions. This includes but is not limited to:

• Identity fraud or submission of falsified documents.
• Use of bots or automation software.
• Holding multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotions system.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the UCS9 customer support team. Any valid balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal once all eligibility checks are completed.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ucs9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to financial losses from gaming, technical disruptions, or unauthorized access.

The UCS9 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure a consistent and uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical errors or outages. Any disruptions that occur will be resolved as quickly as possible.

10. Amendments to Terms

Ucs9 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time due to operational needs, legal changes, or service improvements. Any material amendments will be communicated to members via registered email or in-platform notification at least three (3) days before taking effect.

It is the member's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms. The effective date of the current terms is 1 January 2026.
